We are all amateur cyclists, we do not race at any stage of
the journey, we take the safest routes possible and make many stops at
which we will wait for everyone to catch up.

Two years ago, a work colleague & I decided to cycle
from Cardiff to Tenby because somebody said that we couldn't do it.
Well we did it!!
As we were cycling approx. 100 miles, we decided to raise money for
charity and
chose 'DIABETES UK' as a particularly worthwhile cause.
This year, our third year, quite a few people have said that they would
like to accompany us if we did it again. SO WE'VE BEEN FORCED TO DO IT
YET AGAIN!
